Zhejiang Senyi Fasteners Co., Ltd. was founded in 2019 in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. We are a professional manufacturer of high-strength automotive fasteners certified with IATF16949:2016.
Our factory covers 5,500 ㎡ with 121 staff and a designed annual output of 8,000 tons. We specialize in custom non-standard bolts, nuts and pins for auto body, engine compartment and bumper assembly.
Equipped with full-process production lines for cold heading, CNC machining, heat treatment, electroplating and precision sorting, we support independent R&D and mass customization. We serve Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive suppliers worldwide with comprehensive after-sales service.
Production Capacity
Designed Annual Output of 8,000 Tons
Cold Heading Workshop
Equipped with 14 bolt formers and 16 nut formers, capable of producing bolts M4-M16 and nuts M4-M20 for integrated blank forming of fasteners.
Thread Processing Workshop
Fitted with 12 thread rolling machines and 17 tapping machines, covering thread rolling M3-M14 and internal tapping M4-M14. All thread precision meets IATF16949 automotive standards.
CNC Machining Workshop
40 sets of CNC equipment support custom precision machining of non-standard shafts and special-shaped connecting parts with no restriction on processing sizes.
Production & Testing Capacity
We own complete manufacturing & inspection capabilities covering full processes of cold heading,
thread rolling and CNC machining. Equipped with full sets of precision testing equipment,
we control product quality strictly in accordance with IATF16949 standards.
Optical Sorting Workshop
Equipped with 16 sets of automatic optical image sorting machines, it realizes full-automatic screening for fasteners within 150mm length, removing workpieces with cracks, burrs and dimensional defects to guarantee consistent appearance of delivered products.
Inspection Center
Fully equipped with hardness testers, spectrometers, tensile testing machines and other physical & chemical testing instruments. We conduct full inspections on material composition, mechanical strength and surface hardness, fully complying with IATF16949 automotive quality standards.
Finished Product Workshop
Equipped with 1,500 standardized storage bins for classified storage of finished goods, supporting efficient stock preparation, packaging and delivery procedures.
